USE OF BBQ AND OVEN FACILITIES

Members wishing to use the facilities and pavilion for private functions should:

1.     Notify other members by registering details in the notebook attached to the whiteboard in the Pavilion and also via our website;

2.     Ensure guests, children and dogs remain under their supervision and do not, in any way, interfere with plots belonging to other members;

3.     Ensure that rubbish is cleaned up and appropriate bins used with no foodstuffs, plastic bags etc placed in the recycling bin (if bins are full excess rubbish should be taken away). Providing it is safe to do so hot ashes in the bbq or oven can be left to go out;

4.     Ensure that the function is held within hours which could normally be expected of use for gardening purposes and no loud noise or other disturbance emanates from the premises;

5.     Accept that other members may need or want access to the pavilion;

6.     And ensure that shed doors and gates are locked on leaving the gardens.
